If an item’s finish is defected (not damaged due to shipping), we will offer a replacement free of charge.

If an item is damaged due to shipping, a reimbursement claim will be filed with the carrier, who will directly refund you for the item.

If an item is no longer wanted after the purchase has been made, you may return your un-opened package, and we will provide you with a refund, minus a 15% deduction for shipping and restocking fees.
